6.2 No Guarantee of Complete Blocking

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profit, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for website malfunctions caused by ad blocking
• Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroAds and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
